This conference will be held in the Department of Mathematics and Informatics of Siberian Federal University, Russia, Krasnoyarsk, August 12–18, 2007. The conference is organized jointly by Siberian Federal University, the Institute of Computational Modelling of Siberian Branch of RAS and Sobolev Institute of Mathematics of Siberian Branch of RAS.

The conference is dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the birth of professor V. P. Shunkov.

We plan both plenary talks and short communications in the following sections: group theory, rings and modules, algebraic geometry, universal algebra and model theory, applying and computational algebra.
